Matte and Satin finishes are different from gloss in that there are small crevice’s and ravines in the clear coat that don’t allow light to reflect, instead they absorb and disperse the light evenly giving the dulled appearance.
Due to the differences in the clear coat, Matte and Satin finishes require special care, attention and products designed specifically for them. Traditional care products contain fillers and gloss enhancers that will affect the finish of Matte and Satin vehicles. This is why we use products free of those fillers and enhancers specifically designed for Matte and Satin paint.
